eDriving To Take Part in Panel Session at Connected Car Insurance USA in Chicago
Cape May, New Jersey – [July 9, 2019] – eDrivingSM will participate in a panel session facilitated by its partner Munich Reinsurance America, Inc. (Munich Re) at Connected Car Insurance USA, taking place September 4-5, 2019 in Chicago.
The session, titled: Creating Partnerships in the Connected Car Insurance Ecosystem, will cover the journey of a successful partnership, how to overcome differences and barriers, why it’s more efficient to work together when it comes to connected car insurance and the impact the partnership has had on customer experience.
Jim Noble, VP of Risk Engineering, will represent eDriving on the panel, which will be facilitated by Bruce Weisgerber, Vice President, Munich Re. The session takes place 1:50 PM – 2:30 PM on September 5.
“A successful insurance program that uses in-vehicle intelligence requires a multi-faceted approach,” said Noble. “It’s impractical to build all of these layers in-house. Partnerships are the only way to develop products that provide meaningful improvement for both customers and insurance providers. However, they are not frictionless and this panel session will offer insights into the way partnerships must be carefully managed with a view to each partner’s needs outside the partnership.”
