Indiana BMV and Court approved
Upon successful completion of this 4-hour BMV and Court approved driver safety program you will receive a 4-point credit on your official Indiana driving record.
This course satisfies requirements:
- By a court: A judge has the authority to order a driver who commits a traffic violation to attend a driver safety course. A judge may decide to use this requirement as an alternative to driver license suspension.
- By the BMV: Any person who, within a 12-month period, commits two or more traffic offenses that result in convictions will be required by the BMV to attend a BMV-approved driver safety program. Failure to complete the course or pay the fee within the specified time period will result in the suspension of the individual's driving privileges. When you successfully complete the eDriving program, your certificate information will be electronically transmitted to the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles within 24 hours.
