Ticket Dismissal

In Texas, you can use our defensive driving course for dismissing one traffic violation once every 12 months. You can only do this once per 12 months as per Texas state law.

However, even if you've taken the course for an insurance reduction in the past year, you can still take the course for dismissing a ticket! You must take the course specifically for ticket dismissal after you receive your ticket to qualify for dismissing the ticket.
