A Saugus man is calling for new drivers to be required to display stickers to reflect their inexperience.
The Saugus Advertiser reported that the man came up with the idea after a close call with his son behind the wheel.
He has patented two stickers to identify cars as ‘learner’s permit’ or ‘beginner driver’.
