{"id":12989,"date":"2022-01-28T16:39:34","date_gmt":"2022-01-28T16:39:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.edriving.com\/three60\/?p=12989"},"modified":"2022-01-28T16:39:34","modified_gmt":"2022-01-28T16:39:34","slug":"new-trucking-ambassadors-fly-the-flag-for-safe-driving","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.edriving.com\/three60\/new-trucking-ambassadors-fly-the-flag-for-safe-driving\/","title":{"rendered":"New trucking ambassadors fly the flag for safe driving"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The American Trucking Associations (ATA) has announced the new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trucking.org\/americas-road-team\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">America road team captains<\/a> for 2022\/23 who will act as trucking industry ambassadors.<\/p>\n<p>The team is made up of 22 professional truck drivers from 13 companies and 17 states who have more than 564 years of experience and 45,774,455 miles of incident-free driving.<\/p>\n<p>The team captains will travel the country to spread the message of safe driving, while teaching about the trucking industry and its opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m proud that they will be representing the industry and ATA as our newest and best ambassadors \u2013 educating the country about trucking\u2019s essential role in keeping America moving safely and efficiently,\u201d said ATA President and CEO Chris Spear.<\/p>\n<p>America\u2019s Road Team, a group of professional truck drivers with superior safety records, was created in 1986 to represent the trucking industry.
