{"id":9127,"date":"2019-10-14T17:32:46","date_gmt":"2019-10-14T17:32:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.edriving.com\/three60\/?p=9127"},"modified":"2019-10-14T17:32:46","modified_gmt":"2019-10-14T17:32:46","slug":"toyota-granvia-is-first-people-mover-to-receive-5-star-safety-rating","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.edriving.com\/three60\/toyota-granvia-is-first-people-mover-to-receive-5-star-safety-rating\/","title":{"rendered":"Toyota Granvia is first people mover to receive 5-star safety rating"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The new <a href=\"http:\/\/ancap.link\/s\/34aee4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Toyota Granvia<\/a> people mover has become the first model in the segment to be awarded a 5-star safety rating to the latest, most stringent protocols by Australasia\u2019s independent vehicle safety authority, ANCAP.<\/p>\n<p>The Granvia entered the Australian and New Zealand markets this month.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Granvia provides a range of well-performing safety technologies and features,\u201d said ANCAP Chief Technical Officer, Mark Terrell. \u201cAs a model which will be used to transport families and groups, it is pleasing to see side head-protecting airbags extend to all four seating rows.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Terrell said child occupant protection had been prioritised with ISOFix and top tether anchorages available for all second and third row seats, and close to full marks were achieved in the frontal impact and side impact tests.
