Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) and Uber teamed up in April for a new campaign to prevent impaired driving and save lives during Alcohol Awareness Month.
This first-of-its-kind partnership united MADDâs mission-driven advocacy with Uberâs innovative technology to deliver the message: Donât drive impairedâplan a ride home in advance.
âAlcohol Awareness Month is a timely opportunity to spark change – and this partnership between MADD and Uber is doing exactly that,â said Stacey D Stewart, CEO of MADD.
âBy combining Uberâs innovative platform with MADDâs decades of advocacy, weâre empowering people to make safer choices. Together, weâre not just raising awareness – weâre creating real, lifesaving impact.â
