Chief Executive Officer
eDriving is excited to have Celia Stokes as our new leader. Celia brings a wealth of marketing leadership and a passion for online learning to eDriving.
For most of 2014, Celia served as interim President of Envision Experience, an education organization that provides hands-on, in-person career exploration opportunities for students of all ages, from elementary school through college. During this time, she led a major overhaul of the marketing, product and operational strategies, paving the way for a significant jump in the organization’s revenue.
Prior to that, Celia served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of K12 Inc., the nation’s leading provider of online learning options for students in pre-kindergarten through high school. Celia led the efforts that resulted in K12’s dominant leadership in the fast-growing online learning space, from late-stage startup through the company’s IPO, ultimately resulting in K12’s value nearing the billion mark. K12’s pace of growth during her tenure placed it in the top 2% of the Russell 2000 Index of companies, in terms of revenue and EBITDA growth over that time.
Celia’s career experience has been diverse, with time spent in the airline, television, and e-commerce sectors; she has worked on “the agency side” of marketing, in senior-level management roles, providing expertise and guidance to a diverse range of clients including PBS, FOX TV, NBC, Sky Broadcasting (London), the National Gallery of Art, Pinnacle Healthcare and many others. Her creative approach to leadership and her strong belief in the power of online education to change lives is the driving force behind the work that we do at eDriving.
