Ultimately the company’s tireless efforts led to the creation of its flagship product, Virtual Risk Manager®(VRM), a first-of-its-kind fleet risk management offering focused on helping clients build their road safety management strategy into their operating DNA on the journey towards creating a CRASH FREE CULTURE®.
Under Ed’s leadership, VRM to date has trained over a million fleet drivers, earned over 70 awards, and enjoyed the privilege of working with some of the world’s most successful businesses, including BT, Nestlé, Zurich, Cummins, Pfizer, Siemens, Johnson & Johnson, Mondelez, GSK, Merck & MSD, Transport for London, ASDA (Wal-Mart), Liberty Mutual, Roche, TNT, Sanofi, AON, Iron Mountain, McCain, Royal Mail, and many more.

Andy has been working with CEO and Founder Ed Dubens since 1994. Instrumental in the initial technical development of Virtual Risk Manager (VRM), Andy has overseen the continued evolution of the platform from an offline CD-ROM to the cloud-based program of today that helps companies around the world manage driver risk.
The advance of smartphone telematics has resulted in the development of VRM-Mentor, incorporating Mentor by eDriving, a smartphone telematics driver improvement program. Andy continues to be heavily involved in the development process to ensure that the program is not only simple and accessible to clients, but also fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and that, above all, client and driver data remains private, safe and secure.
So important is information security and client privacy to eDriving that Andy led a team in achieving and maintaining an internationally-recognized standard that defines best practice for an information security management system. First achieving the British Standard Institute’s ISO/IEC 27001: 2013 standard for information security management in 2014, Andy has ensured that the company’s comprehensive security systems continue to meet the highest standards, resulting in re-certification in 2018.

Based in Perth, Western Australia, Cory joined the eDriving team in March 2019. Starting his career as a population dynamics research scientist he loves “big data” and the examination of trends with a view to improving safety and environment performance. He has been responsible for managing world class conservation reserves and has been in the emergency response and/or crisis management teams for some of the world’s largest companies operating some of the highest risk facilities.

He put this expertise to good use in his retirement from expeditioning by training company professional drivers in remote and challenging locations across the globe.
More recently in his career, Cory has been responsible for developing and customizing driver safety policy and procedure for international oil and gas companies prior to operations in the Middle East, and also successfully established a new breed telematics company based in Dubai importing and distributing top tier technology to 27 MEA countries.
