Accomplished Marketing Executive, Sheila Leverone, Appointed eDriving’s Chief Marketing Officer

Cape May, New Jersey – [July 13, 2020] – eDrivingSM, a global provider of driver risk management solutions, has appointed Sheila Leverone as Chief Marketing Officer.

Sheila began working with eDriving as an independent consultant in March 2016, as the company entered the fleet safety/risk management sector with its acquisition of Interactive Driving Systems. Over the past four years, she has provided leadership and strategy direction to eDriving’s Marketing, Product, and Sales teams, helping to establish the eDriving brand as a trusted global provider of driver risk management solutions; launch Mentor by eDrivingSM to global acclaim; reposition the company’s flagship Virtual Risk Manager® (VRM) offering; and generate increased awareness and demand for eDriving’s services.

Sheila’s career has encompassed B2B and B2C experience focused on new product launches, product management, and marketing of technology-based products and services across education, media, telecommunications, and information services industries. During her seven years at online learning provider K12, Sheila helped to evolve the company from a “one size fits all” product marketing approach to a segmented, research- and data-driven strategy, expanding the company’s target audiences, product offerings, and channels during K12’s most significant period of growth. Throughout her seven years as an executive at AOL, Sheila helped launch and grow new digital consumer offerings including photo services, e-greetings, music subscription service, and a Spanish-language AOL offering. As part of pioneering teams at Bell Atlantic Video Services and TELE-TV, Sheila oversaw the country’s largest market trial of movies-on-demand, and subsequently helped market test early offerings of 100-channel digital TV.

Sheila holds a BBA from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Sheila and her husband Tom reside in Northern Virginia, where they have enjoyed raising their now college-aged triplets and recently graduated oldest daughter. An outdoor enthusiast and retired triathlete, Sheila enjoys hiking, biking, water sports, and yoga.
